Was supposed to receive my package ok 1/9/2026 and it stated they couldn't find the address and that it would be delivered On the 12th when it really was supposed to be here on the 8th not one notification telling me why it was delayed in the first place. They have now delivered 2 of our neighbors packages to our house at the very end of our back driveway. They have also delivered a package of ours to our neighbors back door.

Always a “weather delay”. It’s cloudy, 63 degrees, no wind, rain, sleet, snow, or ice. No current flooding in Iowa. No tornadoes. Just cloudy and clear. Maybe commit to being more like UPS. They always deliver in cloudy, nice weather. Heck they deliver in a blizzard sometimes.
