“Daisy, the tech person, was friendly, asked questions, and answered my questions.
This is my first experience at a Staples store. I was pleased to see all the variety of ink cartridges they carry. I also noticed the different brands of printers they carry; printers that easily accommodate a home office or a business. I like the year warranty that gives my laptop loads of protection and services. I will visit again just to check out what other products they have.”

I had no idea what to do, as far as packaging it and labeling it to return it. The gal at the UPS store was very helpful...she printed the return label and packaged it for me. It was a very easy and seamless process. I'm very happy with the service.”

“I am tracking my package. It was supposed to be delivered by 8:30pm tonight after several delays. Then I receive a notice that my package was sent back to Sioux Falls! I am so disgusted. I sure hope I get it eventually. It was not a cheap purchase! Our UPSP IS SO BAD!
After posting the above review yesterday, I have now received my package. It was actually delivered within the time it was supposed to be delivered. I appreciate that very much. I am changing my star review from 1 to 4.”
