Doesn’t how many times I say yes to the option, I literally cannot get a human on the phone. They must have blown the location up for the 4th of July yesterday or something. That’s why there isn’t a single human being there.

My package was mark as delivered but either it was delivered to the wrong house, or the driver kept it. I live in a safe and quiet neighborhood too. It seems to be a common occurrence for this FedEx location. Absolute garbage

They always deliver to the wrong house, I've caught them the last two times trying to deliver across the street, I think none of them know how to read addresses. Let alone the comments/directions listed on the box.

Fed ex Sioux City delivers all my packages to address incorrect address. They say the drivers GPS doesn’t show my house bc it is a newer build. So let’s just drop off at random address and submit the pic of proof it was delivered. Lol 2 packages delivered to 2 different houses. Proof that these people delivered to wrong address twice. Can’t believe this is the workers/ companies we have to deal with incompetence at the best once again. Love workers in the US, best ever!!! Look at the 2 houses that are supposedly my house. Unreal.

My parcel they had text me that it was delivered, but when I text them it was not they sent me a picture of a completely different house. I sent them pictures of my house and they replied back if I don’t receive it by 3/17/23 to call seller and start procedures which I think they should take care of it.
