It is clean, well-lit, conveniently located, and well maintained, with aisles providing plenty of room. The employees are often described as friendly, patient, kind, and professional, even when dealing with rude customers or busy times near closing. While some feedback notes that product quality in sections like technology can be poor, with items made from cheap material that breaks easily, the overall experience is considered cool and enjoyable. Customers find it a neat store with a lot to offer, far more than a typical dollar store.
