Staff doesn't have a clue where anything is. Ran me all over the store. (Just say you don't know, or look it up) Haven't met anyone at this location that has even a basic mechanical knowledge.

This Low's needs to work in their inventor. My husband drove to this location, because it did show the product was in stock. We purchased online and still said it was available. When we got to the place they didn't have it. Corporate needs to get a better inventory system. Awful experience!!!
