“Really good inventory. They actually had one of what I needed available late on a Sunday afternoon. The price was pretty high, but they did save my project from being halted.”
“This where I go for tarps, consumables, fastener assortments, and the odd ratchet strap. Since the positive change to the hand and power tool warranties I am considering the move to replace my 1990's Craftsman tools.”
“I walked in and was greeted immediately. The gentlemen who helped me worked with me to figure out a solution for a unique washer I needed. I will keep going back.”
“Absolutely wonderful! We wanted a utility trailer-- Carrie rang us up and Zach had us taken care of and on our way in less than 10 minutes! Great customer service and a beautiful well cared for product even though it was an outdoor item. Really happy with our experience!”
“I was at the end of my rope with a tub drain re-do since I, of course, did it wrong the first time. Big thank you to Gail who patiently walked me through a much easier way to solve my problem than what I had in mind. I can’t express how much relief I felt walking out of the store this evening. Thank you so, so much Gail!!”
“Bought a new super quiet insinkerator disposal with a 9 year warranty, the old sounds like loud old cement mixer. Got the old one out and what did I discover but the new one would not fit. It was much wider (all that sound insulation) but there was no room between the drain and the back wall. Ugh. Home Depot was great and I was able return and found a Glacier Bay disposer not quite as quiet, but still better than the old one, more grinding power, and 12 year warranty. Installation is done and we are happy with the upgrade.”
“1st experience was tha greatest!!! Very nice an helpful!! Needed an odd old heat register that i cud not find anywhere else....an it was a perfect fit....extremely affordable!!! Thx guys!”
“Parking lot almost empty at 5:30 on a Wednesday. In and out quickly. I will remember the time for future shopping to see if that is a good time to go.
I used the app to locate items by isle and location. Easy and helpful.”
“We would like to give a heartfel thank you to Taylor from the garden center. As we wandered aimlessly about the store on our handicap scooters, he approached us and asked if we needed help. He led us to the lattice section, loaded up some lattice on a cart and carted in to the lumber area where we had another cart already loaded with other items. He then wheeled it outside and loaded our truck for us. We appreciate his help tremedously.”
“We had the BEST customer service from Nancy in windows. We has issues with a large share and she didn't hesitate to go above and beyond for us in working with the shade company and ensuring we got what was needed for our large window. It's people like Nancy at Lowes Sioux City that keeps us coming back!! We had the BEST customer service from Nancy in”
