“The cricket on Hamilton is quick and convenient although not attentive. The cricket on Floyd will go out of their way for you but usually there is only one worker there.”

Lauren was super friendly and very knowledgeable about the features of each phone that was available at their store. We were able to complete the purchase and she got the new phone all up and running before we left the store. ? great customer service today at this location.”

“I was having issue with my phone so i popped in and Rome was quick and friendly to offer me help! I have a Business account so because of that another employee needed to provide some assistance but they were both very knowledgable and transparent. Rome was so easy to talk to and polite and was very quick and efficient. I highly recommend this location and ask for Rome if you get the chance!”
