Canine Chateau
2603 Correctionville Rd, Sioux CityI took my 5 Shih-Poos to Karen after my other groomer kept canceling on me and wouldnt return a phone call (Critter Clippers). She is wonderful with my "kids". I like her process much better. My dogs were not as traumatized as with the other groomer. I was also very pleased with her prices. I know where they are going from now on. I wish I would have found her much sooner.

Lakeport Veterinary Hospital
3419 Old Lakeport Rd, Sioux CityGreat place to go! What can I say. Fair prices, and got all his shots done, they don't try to up charge you like other places. Dr . Steven J. Hemmingstad took time to talk with me about everything that is going on with my cat ?. 11 years old, but he has a form of ear cancer and explained to me that he's going to live out a normal life and may need some ear ointment down the road. He's on a special prescription food and suggested I stay with the brand that I'm on because it's working. Note, not the brand he sells for the same issue. A very honest person, the receptionist was polite and wasn't in a rush to collect the money as we talked for about 5 minutes before I paid and left.

Hometown Animal Hospital
4010 Stadium Dr, Sioux CityHometown Animal Hospital has been a great place to take our pets. Staff there have been genuinely friendly, both to us and our pets. In fact they seem to enjoy their jobs, and work environment, which is a good thing. If they love their job, they are far more likely to care about it - and especially your pets.Their services have been professional and well done. The last time we spayed our Schnauzer, and she came out perfectly fine. The incision was neatly done, and everything clean. They gave her a special suit to keep her from licking her incision, which was a first for us - but so much better than a cone.Very please with their preventative care.

Pet Stop
2121 Riverside Blvd, Sioux CityWe came into town for the 4th of July weekend and our normal boarding in our hometown was full. We were in a pinch and every other boarding in Sioux City required at least a day visit before booking overnight boarding for new dogs. Pet Stop was accommodating and let us board our two pups even though they were new to them. She even left her friend at the bar after work to open up for us as we were late into town! Our dogs were taken care of and had no issues throughout the weekend. We would definitely send our dogs back next time.

Pet-Friendly Restaurants
Marto Brewing Co.
930 4th St, Sioux CityI always have a great experience at Marto, the staff is very friendly and the beer is top notch. I am a NE IPA guy through and through and this place has more than enough variations of them to satisfy my cravings. I travel for work and find myself in SiouxLand often. In my opinion there is not a better option for craft beer within an hour radius. I have had beer from brewers across the world and theirs is delicious. Thank you.
