“This is a nice Sam's Club. They had a lot of meat on sale. Great deal on the ribeyes today before they expire. Like $10 a pound. And they must have fixed the rotisserie chicken problem that the other reviewer was talking about because mine was perfect. I should have gotten a couple more.”

“Sam’s Club fuel stations are designed for quick in and out fueling. All one way to keep all traffic moving. In saying that this is the first one I’ve ever been to that had a couple cars coming in the wrong way and swimming up stream. Fortunately the pump traffic was light so the impact was minimal”

“The pharmacy staff at the Floyd Walmart are excellent. Friendly, helpful, and never seem put out when something goes sideways or needs extra attention. I wish Walmart’s communication system was better in that if there’s a delay, they don’t notify you why (like if insurance won’t approve it, but I wanted to pay cash anyway), so you have to call them during business hours to find out. It can’t be too difficult to provide that information in the online account or, even better, prevent the hassle altogether by being able to include a note when requesting the refill in the first place.”

“We arrived at your store from Cape Cod, Massachusetts. We were overwhelmed by the size of your store. We needed to pick up five items for an appetizer we were planning to make for a family reunion in Marcus,IA. A young women asked if she could help us. We are two 80 year olds who must have looked bewildered. She wrote down the five items we needed and escorted us quickly throughout the store while we put the items in the cart Amazing. This would never happen in the Northeast.... ever. What a wonderful employee who went out of her way to help us. She knew where everything was in the store. She deserves a raise. Thank you Whitney.”

Not only that but they call and have my prescriptions ready before I even realize I needed them refilled. They have made life a little easier with their efficiency, and every little bit helps.”
“I have my prescriptions delivered and the delivery man is wonderful and they deliver even when the weather is awful and I need something when I'm not feeling well . But sometimes I have problems with the people who are feeling my prescriptions they can be rather rude I'm not patient at times. The delivery people are so sweet I stay with them.”

“I give every Hy-Vee in Sioux City five stars!!! The customer service is always the best! The shelves are stocked and set nicely. The sliced meat counter is the absolutely the best! The people behind the counters of prepared food are knowledgeable and super kind! Unfortunately, the eating area was not so clean. But, I'll take great customer service anytime!”

“I don't usually do reviews of pharmacies but Nick, one of the pharmacist there, changed my mind as he is simply put the best pharmacist I've dealt with in the 40'ish years of my life.They do get backed up, a lot of scripts and a smaller store I think is the issue but a simple call and they are on it. I am glad to have a decent pharmacy and again, Nick deserves praise for going above and beyond dealing with insurance, mailing meds, and just being great.”
“I've always had good experiences with this pharmacy. One example, my 1 year old daughter needed antibiotics late one evening and they offered to fill it right away before they closed so she wouldn't be in pain all night. I've been to almost every pharmacy in town and this one does what they can to get you what you need. I visit them at least twice a month.”
