“Daisy, the tech person, was friendly, asked questions, and answered my questions.
This is my first experience at a Staples store. I was pleased to see all the variety of ink cartridges they carry. I also noticed the different brands of printers they carry; printers that easily accommodate a home office or a business. I like the year warranty that gives my laptop loads of protection and services. I will visit again just to check out what other products they have.”

“Went to FedEx to return a product that was wrong size. I had never before done this and the Company I purchased from wanted the shipping slip printed from my email. Again no idea how to do this but bless Matthew and the 2 young ladies at FedEx. He was so nice and professional. He explained what was needed and even assisted me on my cell getting email and printing it out. I thought it would take an hour but not even 10 mins later I was done. He said he would take care of putting label on and slip. I was so happy and grateful. Thank you again Matthew and team for being so kind and helpful. Best experience ever.”
