I bought three books of stamps and I was charged $93. It was a little bit chaotic in there and so when I walked out to my car, I did the math wondering why it was so expensive. The lady didn’t give me a receipt so I called the next morning to resolve the mistake and they asked me to come in. I just so happen to be able to meet with the lady who overcharged me the day before and she was very rude and acted like it was my fault that she charged me double on my card. It really wouldn’t have been a big deal that there was a mistake if she even acknowledged that it was an inconvenience for the customer rather than her. She didn’t apologize or acknowledge anything and then use her personal phone to calculate how much money she should give me back, which was questionable once again. Sadly, it was a bad experience.

Sucks!!! Delivery is late to our business . They tried to deliver a package at 8pm when we are closed. Supposed to deliver next day but it wasn’t with today’s mail. Someone brilliant at the post office decided to change the routes so now business mail is late every day😡😡😡. Worst service ever!!!

Super rude, condescending, and impatient with people. If you are able to, go to the North Sioux branch instead, especially if you need to get a passport. We had a much better experience at that location.

Extremely frustrating people. They dont try to knock when they deliver, but they’ll write up a note about how they missed me. So Ill go pick up my mail, but its nowhere to be found. I cant pickup or have my mail delivered. 🤔

Very rude lady. First time going to the post office my friend had to send something out so we do the self postage stuff and then we had to hand the box to them. Lady looked at us and again first time being there had no idea about anything but we walk up to this lady because she looks open lady goes “This lane is closed” that wasn’t so bad thought it was a little weird how she said it but carried on to the next lady and the lady before goes “I had stuff in my hand can’t they see I’m busy” to another girl and they both laughed like she looked like she was putting the boxes down and also she didn’t have to do all that literally could of told us to go to the next lane because she was closed wasn’t that serious honestly. Just very rude and weird mean girl vibes in there.

Made an appointment for passports on the website WEEKS in advance for a Saturday morning. Get there and are told they don't do passports on Saturday. Told them we made an appointment on THEIR website and they said they were aware it lets you schedule and they don't know how to fix it. Told us they turn people away every Saturday.

People that worked at this post office are just horrible I had an appointment for my baby’s passport from 11:15 to 11:30 I was just 2min late and the lady at the post office decided to help the white guy who was In front and his appointment was at 11 am instead of telling me to go back and schedule another appointment she told me to wait in order to see what she can do I just sit there for about 45” then she send someone to come and tell me to leave. That was the true definition of discrimination, all the people at this location are racist and rude they are treating people like garbages especially people of color I don’t think I’ll ever go there again Sioux City post office in Jackson street I wish there was a 0 star because they don’t deserve even 1 star the worst post office ever.

I was just publicly harassed, embarrassed and threatened to be arrested by the supervisor on staff after they would not give me my package claiming to know what’s inside…then gave it to me.

Every time a postal carrier is unable to deliver my packages to my apartment I have to reschedule to be it next up from the post office. Every time I come into pick up the package and explain, I am immediately met with confusion from whomever is working at the front counter.
Not even willing to ask for my address or information they just tell me it's not there. I insisted they look twice before they finally checked.. and what do you know, there it was...my package. Very frustrating experience. Thanks
