“The paint work on my car was done timely and seemed to be good at first glance. Upon closer inspection at home, I noticed a few new issues. Of course, it's difficult to prove if the imperfections were from the shop or from myself, but I brought it back to Dale anyway who took care of them immediately without complaint. He even paid me cash out of his pocket to cover the cost of replacing some scratched window tint, then buffed-out a couple of unrelated scratches on the car. He really went the extra mile to ensure total satisfaction. I did not know what to expect upon returning, but I was very pleased with his customer service. You can feel safe taking your vehicle to him. Thank you, Dale!”

“About a month ago, my husband hit a deer with his 2020 Tundra, and it was not drivable. At the first body shop I called, I was told I would have to tow it there for assessment and that it would be at least 8 weeks before they could repair it. A colleague of mine suggested Steve of Recon Proz, and from start to finish, the experience was top-notch. Steve took the time to stop by our house to assess the damage and coordinated the collection of the truck for delivery to his shop for repair. Steve made a somewhat stressful situation a positive experience! I would highly recommend Recon Proz!!!”
