“Verizon in Spencer is amazing! We had such amazing help from Aaron, Julia, and Leilani!! From our mistakes of not upping our limit with bank they worked hard with us and spent many hours with us! We enjoyed it so much we had to come back the next day 😂 we are beyond grateful for our experience with them even if it was a nightmare of a headache trying to get everything taken care of and set up along with paid for! Many trips to the atm, many hours, and headaches Aaron, Julia, and Leilani made our experience the absolute best! We will never go anywhere else! They deserve so much more than donuts!!!”

Josh was my rep and Ed was his sidekick. We had fun while dealing with a very frustrating situation that was having a huge negative affect on my business. They offered to help, gave me a disclaimer it may not fix the problem, and then helped me in such a way that if the problem didn’t resolve itself, I wouldn’t be put in a bind. They were transparent, knowledgeable and Josh was genuinely patient. This has been the best experience I have ever had as a customer in a cell phone store. So thankful for these two gentlemen. “I was having a less than ideal day the other day. When i pulled my super slow phone out of my pocket, i had enough with it and i went to the Cricket store. I was probably less than an ideal customer, however LeAnn was working. She not only explained to me why my phone was slowing down, but also ways to prevent it from happening again. Needless to say, I left the store with a faster phone, and a better mood. Thank you for your patience with me!”
