“I left White Drug a few years ago because customer service was lacking. Because of pharmacist changes, I went back. Twice I've had the same staff help me, no personality, no greeting or smile & seems annoyed & disinterested.
Pharmacist was nice but have would appreciated talking in a lower for a more private conversation.
Update - the last few weeks, customer service has been great & staff is friendly.”
