I ordered a cake 2.5 weeks early. I go to pick up today and isn’t even close to what I ordered. Ordered a frozen theme cake and I get a cake with pink frosting and white border. No phone call to say they couldn’t make the cake what I ordered. What a joke! Made me pay in full.

I absolutely hate the new interior. there were only self checkouts the last time I went plus the new self checkouts are ugly and prison looking. They are not requiring people to wear masks! Half the people in there were not wearing masks. Two women were singing and swearing very loudly while not wearing masks it was crazy. Staff just sat back and allowed this behavior. Never going back.
