“We came back for the second time to purchase items for our home from the "Window Coverings Department" in the Spencer, Iowa Store. There are two ladies there that ROCK this department!!! They are absolutely AMAZING! They know what they are doing. They are kind, helpful, pleasant and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure we had want we needed and wanted by the time we were done with the order for our home. If we could give them more than 5 STARS we would because they deserve it! THANK YOU JC Penny for making a great choice to employ these two ladies and hang on to them!
