“I called and explained my issue and he made time for the appointment the next day. During the appointment he took a look at the problem and explained my issue and all my options in a way I could understand. Would definitely recommend.”
“While attending a family reunion in the Okobogi are this summer, my 2016 Mazda started overheating. I limped it into Great Lakes (they had good ratings and were right across the street from where my car was boiling over), knowing full-well that I would be at the mercy of an unknown mechanic in a tourist town (I was more than a thousand miles from home), expecting the service to be at their whim, delayed and expensive. I should have written this review right after the service (as I had intended) so that I could remember their names, but, regardless, the service team completely exceeded my expectations. The service manager came out and immediately did an initial diagnosis in the parking lot. My CX-5 was in a service bay shortly thereafter, getting looked at and they quickly diagnosed the issue, were transparent with showing me the problem and giving me options for how I wanted it fixed. When I shared my preferred fix, the service manager spent a good chunk of time calling around until he located the part, then got the part delivered and installed, all within a couple/few hours. Impressed and appreciative is an understatement . . . I was grateful. The service manager and his team had kept me informed and continued to steadily work toward getting me back on the road, even though there was a steady stream of vehicles being dropped off and picked up for scheduled service. And the price was reasonable, as well. Anyway, I'm, again, very appreciative and thankful for how I was treated at Great Lakes and wouldn't hesitate to send friends or family to them for vehicle repair/maintenance. Thanks Great Lakes team!”
“The only place I trust to take my Toyota trucks. I drive them back from Montana and they service them every time with care, consideration, and outstanding customer service! I “obviously” greatly appreciate all their work and dedication they put into my trucks. Thank you!!!!”

“They had almost what we were looking for! Purchase was smooth and professional. Barry was great on sales and Spencer was knowledgeable about Jeeps. Service should not be a problem.”
“Dave and the team at Nielsen’s got me taken care of while traveling from out of state to the area for a hunting trip!
Got the parts I needed ordered and replaced in less than two days, and kept me up to speed on the repairs in real time. Competitively priced to other places based on some quick online research. Nothing but good to say about this place! Highly recommend!”
“Took my pickup to Gjerde collision in spirt lake. I am super impressed. The attention to detail is second to none. Everything as far as my veteran decals on my truck bed to the inlays on my tail gate. They got it ALL. and they also wiped down my dash and vacuumed the vehicle. Awesome work to all of them! Thank you!!!”
“I went to this little town to pick up a load from the Indian factory in my truck broke down. I was able to get ahold of this repair shop to help me with my dilemma. They was very fast efficient and professional, but the most important part ,they have a shop mascot named Rocky that was very comforting and welcoming to me and my service animal . I would highly recommend the shop to anyone that was in the area and they needed their vehicle worked on.”

“The customer service was excellent. He was straightforward and stern, but he allowed us to come in last minute so they could inspect our tire. He was quite accommodating about that, and I appreciate it even though we didn’t get our tire patched. He did recommend that we return to get it replaced.”

“I highly recommend Collision Masters. I’ve had disappointing experiences with other body shops in the past where communication was lacking. I constantly had to chase people down for updates and left feeling frustrated.
With Collision Masters, it was the complete opposite. From the moment I walked in, they clearly explained the next available date, what they needed from me, and how long it would take for my car to be ready. They were transparent, organized, and stayed on top of everything throughout the process.
Yes, there may be a wait but that just shows how busy they are, and it is absolutely worth it. They truly exceeded my expectations. Thank you all so much!”
