Troy was very friendly, informative, and helpful. What a great guy! I did have difficulty scheduling over the phone - the employee could not find me in “the system.” It was slightly frustrating since I have purchased cars and had all of my service work done at Okoboji Motor Co.

The delay in getting the proper authorization for my new windshield through the insurance, which I bought when I purchased the car was extremely frustrating. It took several weeks. In addition, it did not appear there was good communication between the sales office and the body shop.Ron Mc

Jenn was really awesome to work with! Her manager, Robert, was fairly decent to work with too. Maybe it was just me, but he seemed annoyed that he had to help me and work with me. The overall experience was good. I just wish it didn’t seem as awkward as it did. I would definitely buy from them again, though!
