“Today I called to order a cake (last minute). I talked with Brian in the bakery and I asked if they had a white cake in the case and could write a happy birthday message on it. He was so kind, and said no worries, we'll make you a made to order cake and asked me how I wanted it decorated. We picked it up this afternoon and it was beautifully decorated for my 7 year old daughter. Thank you to the bakery for going above and beyond. My last minute request was fulfilled by your kind employee!”

“I was traveling through Iowa's on RAGBRAI 2023, and visited Beer Thirty stores in both Storm Lake and Carroll. I was blown away by the customer service, helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. They went out of their way to make sure I found what I wanted at both stores and in Storm Lake, went so far as calling an employee who had a mixer I was looking for in his truck. He stopped what he was doing and drove to the store. Ten minutes later, I left with everything I needed. I found out in Carroll that Beer Thirty is family-run and they have a third store in IA as well. They really are a fantastic and friendly liquor store chain! 5 stars!”
