“I can not say enough positives for Great Western Banks and especially the Story City branch. My mortgage company double posted my payment which quickly escalated negatively on my checking account. I contacted the bank immediately and spoke with Michaela, who remained calm and professional and worked quickly to remedy this horrible situation. Thank you again, Mary.”

“Great customer service from opening an account to get pre-approved for a mortgage. Everyone is so helpful and great to work with! Would highly recommend the Story City branch.”

“I have not lived in Story City for 16 years, but have never considered switching banks from Reliance State Bank. The customer service is second to none, and the personal connection that has been lost in so many businesses continues to be superior. Most recently, Erica Watts has assisted me with options to benefit me, and I am so thankful for her knowledge and experience. Great people, and great bank!!”
