“We in general are compared to what is our competition. I had an IID device that needed serviced/removed/transferred. In complete opposite of the shop that installed the item, this shop displayed true professionalism. The competition a stones throw away, berated me on where I parked my vehicle to the point of throwing insults my way. The hostile environment was created by them and was not something I wanted. I tried to atone for and deescalate. It didn't undue their disdain for a paying customer who made a mistake.Hawkeye on the other hand, had clear painted parking spaces and the staff never wandered from being respectful professionals. They will get my repeatable business that is for sure.”

The person at fault paid for the repairs, but I went to 3 different shops around the area and not only did they do a great job at the repairs, but it was also the cheapest. They were easy to work with and very nice/respectful. Highly recommended!!”
“First of all I’m an actual customer. JP has worked on 2 of our cars. The work on both was excellent. Perfect color matching and metal work. The second job was a tricky rust repair. A lot of big shops dont want this sort of noninsurance work and maybe for other reasons. JP is just starting out and willing to take this on at very fair prices. Definitely would recommend JP.”
