“Contacting and scheduling service was very smooth. Owner was prompt in responding and also sent reminders. My SUV was very messy and had not been professionally detailed. Drop off and pick up were very easy. The interior detailing was amazing. Staines I thought were permanent were removed. All surfaces were immaculately cleaned. Will definitely repeat!”

“If I could give this place ten stars, I would. I took my car into Five Star and spoke with Gaddam. My car was in really rough shape and had mold growing underneath the carpets in the front seat as well as the back seat. I was worried no one would take it and I would have to sell my car and bike around.
However, Gaddam completely removed the carpets and cleaned them, and identified the two sources of mold (detached AC hose and a missing plastic piece).
Gaddam was extremely thoughtful and helpful throughout the whole process. He sent progress pictures each day and also explained everything he did thoroughly to me when I picked up the car. He also had me wait a couple minutes to make sure the AC was working properly! He truly went above and beyond with helping out my car and I can tell he takes great pride in his work. Afterwards, he sent me a youtube video to explain the AC issue further and really strived to make sure I understood everything.

“This gentleman is so incredibly kind and caring. His prices are very reasonable, the quality of his work is fantastic, and he is a very honorable person.He works with you easily if you are a busy parent and can't arrange a pick-up or drop-off ride.He loves to give kids a Sunny D; and he even gave me some incredible homemade bread when I had mentioned in idle conversation that I had missed lunch that day. He is such a lovely person.His English is a little rough, but that was easily resolved with the Google Translate app; Arabic - English.I never get my car detailed, but I'm going to make it a regular thing now that I have found Good Carwash and Detailing.”
“Efran and Imani (hope I spelled those right!) took my berry coated car and made it look brand new again! Not only did they use the scrub brushes but also got out SPONGES to make sure my car was spotless. They really took the time to make sure that my car was clean and I would leave the car wash satisfied without needing to do any additional spot cleaning. “Unique to this place.....they have a Pet Wash booth. Very nice and we'll kept. It even has a vacuum to suck water off your dog, and a blow dryer. The controls accept cash or credit cards and has push buttons just like a manual car wash. Feature buttons include 2 kinds of shampoo, conditioner, scent, flea spray, and rinse of course and it's even heated for winter. Pretty sweet!”

“I love the convenience of having a monthly membership. It does a great job, especially for touchless car washing! My only complaint is that Bay 3 (from the left) often will allow me to scan the QR code but then won’t process; since I scanned the code already it takes my daily wash; so I can’t rescan it to use on a different bay. I do go into the store and they always give me a replacement code, but it is inconvenient and has been brought up to store staff as a repeating issue. Hopefully it is fixed soon. Otherwise, the washes are great and I am happy the membership is an option! Thanks!”

“Absolutely love this place. I come in two different trucks about once a week per truck. The staff are always professional and focused. Any interaction I’ve had with any one of them has been pleasant. My only issue is I never carry cash, and I would love to tip! You guys should have a Venmo QR code available to scan through customer windows so they can tip on the spot! I would tip every time if there was a digital option.”
“Nice place to wash your car for a good price.I’ve always liked this place because their equipment always works correctly & you get a decent amount of time for $3-$4Only issue I’ve had was last month when I was double charged on my CCI called the service number posted on the wall to let them know but I never received a call back!?”

“The owner (likely) was very attentive and even supplied me with a clean wipe down cloth and change. Others have complained about time, I did not experience the same issue. The equipment on the self-serve worked well. The soap brush worked well, too. My only complaint was the attendant approached me with a cigarette in his hand, which kinda stunk. Overall, I will return. As an aside, I am waiting for these places to do allow the use of smart payments or, so the very least, have the machines take a credit / debit card.”
