“Feel free to pass this on to Iowa City where the carrier originates. They constantly leave this open after checking it, I assumed it was a careless neighbor but nope, saw it was the USPS mail carrier who couldn’t be bothered. Nothing like letting rain and snow into a mailbox”
“I was so grateful to find a post office open late! It’s located at the customer service desk and they can do everything (except print labels that were prepaid and have a QR Code). They have boxes and packing materials and everything!

“Hartig drug is the best little corner store! It serves as my pharmacy, flower shop, and post office. It also has the best beer and wine selections round. The staff is also very friendly and accommodating.”
“The Post Office in Coralville is conveniently located, has plenty of parking, and offers helpful walk-in services. I try to plan my visits to this and other USPS locations so that I don't go during peak rush times. That helps to avoid long lines.”
“Doing an in-person change of address was super quick and easy. Went on a lazy Friday afternoon in May (when most of the students are gone). Two employees, no line, in and out in about 5 minutes. The lady who helped me was friendly and didn't give me any difficulties. I came in overprepared with all my documents and was bracing myself for a hassle, given all the bad reviews here. But I was pleasantly surprised.”

“Postmaster went above and beyond to help me locate a package containing my daughter's Halloween costume. Our mail is handled through the Coralville office who routinely makes errors and will not answer their phones. He physically went out and figured out where it ended up and placed at my door. I am so appreciative!”
