Very friendly and knowledgeable staff that were willing to answer all of our questions! We appreciate that the PO Box access is 24/7 and that they have some time on Saturday open to pick up packages.

Postmaster went above and beyond to help me locate a package containing my daughter's Halloween costume. Our mail is handled through the Coralville office who routinely makes errors and will not answer their phones. He physically went out and figured out where it ended up and placed at my door. I am so appreciative!
