“The staff here is great! I went in assuming my family's Christmas presents would not get delivered in time, but the young lady helping me found a way (fingers crossed!), & the cost was about what I'd expected. She then busted her butt to get my package on the truck before it left!
Thanks so much for all that you do! ?”
“I've been to this location a few times. Friendly staff. Good selection of envelopes, getting cards, stamps, and packing materials. They seem to have many PO boxes.”
“The Iowa City Staples cannot be beat when you work with people like Timothy R and the major TJ helped me immensely picking out the right computer and what I needed. Recommend them anytime. Businesses need more associates as them.”

“The UPS Store provides a generally convenient and functional service for shipping, printing, and basic business needs. The location is easy to access, and the range of services offered makes it a helpful stop for everyday tasks.
The staff were polite and assisted with the process, but service speed was somewhat inconsistent depending on how busy the store was. Wait times can increase during peak hours, which affects the overall experience.
Overall, it’s a practical and reliable place for mailing and printing needs, but improving efficiency and reducing wait times would make the experience smoother and more enjoyable.”
“They do a great job at this location. Staff is friendly. At times lines get long but that is not caused by employees it is from the ridiculous amount of Amazon returns, especially the ones who just walk in with everything and expect staff to sort it out”
“EJ made the whole process a breeze. I came in with a thumb drive and a budget, not only did he alert me to a misalignment of one of my graphics, he helped me to crop the backup I had for reproduction. I came in WAY under budget (over 50% under budget) and I had my materials next day.”

“Very friendly and knowledgeable staff that were willing to answer all of our questions! We appreciate that the PO Box access is 24/7 and that they have some time on Saturday open to pick up packages.”
