“I just had to comment on the wonderful experience I had at Whannel's. Had a doorknob going bad, and determined it was just one piece that was failing. Went looking for that specific part under orders from my lady friend, certain that it was a fool's errand that would yield nothing. Walked in, showed Mr. Whannel the offending part, and in about ten seconds he moved down an aisle,produced a small box of various models of the part I needed, determined that he had an exact duplicate of the part I brought in, and charged a very reasonable price for it. He was very friendly and attentive, and I left the store feeling ever so happy to have scored so easily. Went home, repaired the door, and now await my friend's return so I can bask in her admiration! Ha! Thanks, Whannel's!”
