Was advised to go to their service center and see if the could get the metal valve caps off the tire stems, they were stuck big time. I was originally quoted an amount, for all 4 valve stem replacements (if necessary) and it wasn't that bad so I said ok. They got me in right then and we waited less than an hour. They were able to get one metal cap off so only had to replace 3 stems. I was floored when the mechanic came out after and the cost was a $100 less!! All the employees we encountered there were very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend going there to service your Chevrolet and buy.

I purchased my vehicle new from this dealership in 2020. I have always taken it back for their very expensive oil changes, maintenance, and $1,800 on new tires. Recently, it had an issue recognizing when it was in park (a known problem by GM) and I needed to get that fixed asap. I called Bob Brown and they said they couldn't get me in for 8 days! Seriously? This is my only vehicle and I can't be without transportation that long. They offered nothing. I called Shottenkirk in Waukee and they got me in the next morning and it was fixed that afternoon. Needless to say, I will not be going to Bob Brown ever again.

Jan 6, 2023 $92.05 oil change. 6 months later June 6, 2023 $116.80. Over a 20% increase in price and they took away the complimentary car wash as well. Ridiculous up pricing. Last time I go there. (This is for QUICK LUBE ONLY)

Had an issue with a warranty repair, that was actually not under warranty on a near new car. Had some issues with service dept, but they got it fixed Very quickly, just not what I expected for cost. Following several follow-up call the manager called and made it right with me to my satisfaction. Dealer gas been great up until this event and they have now stepped and done the right thing. Still a happy camper.

I ended up getting hail damage late in august, I called Bob Brown and they got me in for an estimate over a month later and then scheduled me for repairs 6 weeks after the estimate was done. Once it came time for repairs, they kept pushing back the date is was completed. It was the end of November for the original completion date, then they pushed it back a week, then they said that Friday, then the next Tuesday and then I finally picked up that Wednesday. Estimate said it should've been done in 3 weeks, but was done in 5 1/2. The work that was done was done well, it's keeping the schedule of when it was supposed to be done is what irritated me.

This dealership is absolutely terrible. If I could literally give 0 stars thats what I would do. About a month ago I came in for a check engine light. They claimed it was the intake air flow system. Ok, great. Sat around for a few hours. They claimed they fixed it. My check engine light went off, problem solved right? NO! The second I restart my car it's back on. Of course this happens when I am no longer at the dealership. I figure, it will just go back off, they fixed the issue right? WRONG! Same error message (intake air flow system error) again! Clearly the issue was not taken care of the first time. The nasty and condescending attitudes of the employees is horrible with women. I may not know much about cars, but shouldn't be treated as though I'm stupid. If it were a man that came in with the same issue, I really believe that condescending attitude wouldn't of existed. I am in the market for a new car despite this experience, and I can tell you I do not plan on going through this dealership again! Disappointed, unsatisfied, disrespected, inconvenienced are all the terms I would use to describe this dealership. GO SOMEWHERE BETTER!

Oil change service is horribly slow with employees that have no sense of urgency and often times look like they don't have any experience or know what they are doing. Last time I was here I watched approximately half their employees just stand around and chit chat the whole time I was in my Acadia getting my oil changed. Today I have been waiting the 1.5 hours they told me only to still be several cars away from getting in while most of the employees in the garage are sitting down or standing there doing nothing.

Made an appointment for an oil change and then they had me go to their "quick lube" which had an hour wait. Nothing "Quick" about it. I already had an appointment, huh? No where near the level of service expected. The whole Quick Lube service is a joke - no waiting area, no customer service, no coffee, snacks. If you are going to extend your brand experience to another building for a "quicker" service, then you need to expand the entire customer experience. I will go and experience Shottenkirk and Karl before I go back to Bob Brown.

I stopped by at 8 AM on Tuesday for a quick oil change. They do not require appointments! I waited around 10 minutes and then they got me in quickly. They handled my fleet service well, not all places do! My only critique is that I I appreciate having a sticker on my windshield to remind me when to come back. The sticker that they provided was not clear and did not appear to be meant for windshield.

Awesome experience upgrading my vehicle with the staff here. Mark Cresta was pleasant, honest and very helpful. Never felt pushed and he genuinely helped me find just the right fit for me. Highly recommend
