Absolutely one of the worst caseys I go. consistent issues with kitchen staff pizza in the warmer should have been replaced nearly an hour ago almost every time I'm here they either have no ranch not sure why thats such an issue with caseys or the pizza looks like it was made by a toddler yesterday not sure what can be done as these have been issues here for as long as I've tried coming theres not another caseys I walk in and straight back out of more then this one very disappointing

The guy working register just now, when I bought a soda, was extremely rude. He did not greet me, and in fact, did not say anything to me whatsoever. He nearly threw my change at me. I don't appreciate this and my experience today seems off-brand for @Casey's. I am always courteous and today was no different. Whatever his problem is, take it up with management, not with the customers. If you got a problem with me specifically, please, by all means, say it aloud to my face in person for everyone to hear it. What a jerk. Do better.

Great Food and Service, Minor Hiccup with Ordering
My experience with Casey’s Pizza was overall very positive. I started by calling in my order, but the automated system was a bit of a hassle—it got confused and made the process frustrating. Thankfully, once I got through to a real associate, placing the order was smooth and easy.
I ordered a pizza and chicken tenders. The wait time was reasonable, and when I arrived, I was impressed by how clean and well-organized the facility was. The customer service was excellent—friendly and helpful throughout.
The food was great, and I’d definitely bring my family back here again. If they could improve the phone ordering system, it would be a five-star experience.

I ordered a pick up pizza. The email stated 80 minutes after displaying 15 minute carry out window on the Casey's app. I went to Casey's after the 80 minute wait. The people working the kitchen would not acknowledge me for 15 minutes. After the 15 minutes, the kitchen staff finally acknowledged me and stated they were behind and it would be a while longer. During the wait time one of the staff went on break. After waiting 2 hours for a pizza I told the staff I was leaving. They got upset at me for canceling the order.

Came in at 0830 this morning with no breakfast pizza, cooler was bare and no donuts. Very disappointed!!!

I don't think the morning staff could get much worse they blame all there problems on the closing staff I order food it tells me 15 minutes I wait 20 minutes and the food still isn't ready and the cooks make you feel like you're an inconvenience for even expecting then.to try and do there job ordered a basic breakfast pizza and you forget toppings I don't understand it!!!!!!!

Stopped in Saturday around 11am 7-13-24 the 2 guys in the kitchen made me a large sausage breakfast pizza and it was ready within 10min and super yummy ?? good service and even better food

I am an avid fountain soda drinker and Casey’s fountain Diet Coke is my favorite. I live 2 minutes from this Casey’s location and would frequent this store daily at a minimum and often times more than once a day to purchase a fountain drink. Recently, I have made the switch to Kwik Star since Casey’s fountain machine has been out of service for well over 2 weeks! I inquired over a week ago when in the store when it would be fixed, I was told they were waiting on a part that was arriving next day. This was over a week ago so clearly not true since the machine is still out of order (I stopped in hopes it was fixed again today).. I am sure this is frustrating to many customers and I cannot comprehend how this is an acceptable timeframe to have the machine not operational. If the problem is that serious or the part is not acailable could you please just get a new machine. What are you waiting for?
