I have had great experiences at this pharmacy and specifically the pharmacy technicians have been super helpful. Even though they are super busy, they still take the time to listen to questions and get prescriptions filled in a timely manner. The technician, Gideon, has helped me out.on several occasions as I have had to use GoodRx with several medications that were not covered by my insurance, and with fixing an issue when there was a mix up on the amount of medication filled.

Echoing many recent complaints. New Rx (an important one) ordered 1-4-24. Not in stock. After a couple days of calling they gave me 5 tablets as a temporary fix. I’ve now been out for 3 days. Not a call or any communication from CVS (which usually saturates you with voicemails when you haven’t picked something up). Finally got through to the pharmacy this am. “We don’t have it, don’t know when we’ll get it, and you’ll need to find another pharmacy for us to get it.” In essence - do our job for us. Called Walgreens down the street. Wonder of wonders, they have it and are happy to take on all my prescriptions. CVS is walking distance from my house and I’ve supported them since the day they opened, but I’ll never walk through their doors again. I understand there may be staffing issues but rudeness and condescension have no place where people’s health is involved.

Horrible service at the pharmacy drive though. They will lie to you and say things are out of stock when they aren't. Not sure if all employees are like this but an Indian lady that works there will definitely lie. Please find another job where you don't have to deal with people, obviously it is not a place you should be working in.

I came here 2 and half hrs aways to go back home with no prescription they would not fill my prescription told me to go to Hy-Vee or Walgreens china guy pharmacist very rude is very racist profile I would not recommend go here worst CVS location in my life I went too I will be contacting corporate in this manner something needs to be done

The pharmacist must have thought she put me on hold but just put the phone down. This was a serious matter and it is very concerning the way the pharmacists were speaking to each other and laughing and talking about non business matters and laughing that they did not know about the medication we really need.. This staff sounded like a middle school girls locker room. I cannot believe they are responsible for your pharmacy. It scares me to think these people are in charge of any medications at all. Please hire someone who takes this serious job more seriously.

This has to be one of the worse run pharmacies in the United States. They have consistently not had medications in stock including amoxicillan and my son's inhaler. After 4 days of them saying it would be in the next day, they finally told us they didn't know when it would be in, so we got it filled somewhere else. CVS caremark requiring us to use a CVS pharmacy borders on cruel punishment they way they make their customers suffer with symptoms before a prescription can be filled. They don't even deserve a 1 start rating.

We’ve used this CVS location for years. Hardly ever any problems and when there is an issue, they are quick to resolve it. The store is organized and clean. Cashiers are courteous. The pharmacy team is great!

Rude customer service in pharmacy. Had an appointment for flu and Covid vaccine. Upon arrival to check in this employee, a woman, asked if I had a question. She acted like I was bothering her. Told her I was here for my vaccines. She stated that they ran out of Covid vaccine. Looked at her log and stated she tried to call me and tell me then saying”oh I suppose I should’ve left a message!” Took time off work also. I e dealt with this employee before. Very rude!

Rude staff and terrible customer service. I come in to pick up or refill medications and they all act like they’re annoyed and irritated that they have to stop their non work related, loud conversations to help people. There has been a high turnover of staff here and the quality is only getting worse. The store is also disgusting and never has anything on the shelves. Good luck trying to find anyone to help you. They’re either on their phone, nowhere to be found or again, frustrated that you flagged them down.
