I ordered two bagels. One with sausage, egg, and cheese, and one with garden veg cream cheese. The bagels were bad. The sausage, egg, and cheese was almost non-existent. There wasn't much cream cheese on the second bagel and it was pretty burnt. All in all, I really wouldn't recommend going here.
EDIT: I didn't know the bagels and toppings/ fillings were bad until I tried them. That's why I didn't come to you before posting a review.

I usually love eating here, however I placed an online order at 8am and it wasn’t ready until 9, a whole hour for two bagels.
Update 2: they refunded my order after contacting the website. Thank you for doing the right thing!
UPDATE: I got home and my order was WRONG! I ordered a sausage egg and cheese and received a bacon egg and cheese with some cream cheese. Honestly so disappointed. I didn’t think I’d have to double check this places work in the store.

The food has been superb every time I've visited, but was thoroughly disappointed to find out today that the bathrooms do not have changing tables. This is a major inconvenience for parents of small children, and unfortunately, it means my family will likely not eat in the cafe for the foreseeable future.

Best bagel place around! Workers are so polite, bagels are made fresh, and the coffee is wonderful as well! The cafe area is always clean and there is many places to sit.

Good was great, drinks were great. Wish there was a little more seating. Only downfall is the sandwich wasn’t cut all the way through and fell apart and was a complete mess. Otherwise it was really good!

I don’t know what kind of bagel shop toasts a bagel but doesn’t cut it first? Ordered two bagel with a side of cream cheese and they didn’t cut the bagels but they toasted them. And it’s not like i can make a 15 minute drive back there for them to correct it. Extremely frustrating…

I’ve not been disappointed when I’ve dined here. I will applaud them for providing options to accommodate a gift card I had been needing to use that was so old it was for their previous POS. Great customer service on that one. I may just go back for lunch again today!

In response to the previous comment As someone who was there this morning I waited 20 plus minutes for someone to acknowledge my existence and two nice ladies waited, but I could tell they had to go to work as they were wearing their uniforms and waited pretty long till they had to go. It’s okay if you guys are busy, just say something at least. That would be appreciated as a courtesy to any person coming to your establishment.
