I would definitely recommend Graham Collision to anybody who is needing to get their car fixed. They did a fantastic job. Their facility is clean, their customer service is awesome, and the gentleman that worked on my car, Cody, was fantastic. I would use their services again, if needed.

Graham Collision was wonderful when I needed my Subaru Outback repaired after a rear-end collision. They sent regular updates on the progress of the repairs, worked closely with my insurance and rental car companies, and I received my car cleaner than it was when I dropped it off!

Very poor experience at the Waukee location. Original estimate included new parts, final result was reconditioned parts. Zero communication throughout the process, then we had to fight with them regarding insurance payments that had already been issued and communicated to them by the insurance company. In summary, you get whatever they feel like doing and it won't necessarily align with what was quoted. I would actually recommend marking your parts to be sure they were replaced. Avoid this business.

Very friendly and professional staff from start to finish. I received daily text updates about the status and progression of my car repair. They also complementary cleaned out the inside before it was returned to me!

I took my truck in to get fixed and they only halfway fixed it and we're going to leave scratches on it. I took my truck back in to get it reworked and they fix the scratches underneath my hood but then they purposely scratched my back doors and made it look like door dings on the back of my truck! which were never there!!! I would never take a vehicle to this place to get it fixed because they are vindictive and they purposely scratched my truck to try and get me back for having to fix my truck!! You should be ashamed of yourselves!!!
