Stay away from this place if you have small kids.That one lady who smells like cigarettes(Has shorter hair then the other 2 stylist) she was so rude to my kids and yell at us non stop because of my 20 month old toddler taking his shoes on and off.She screames at us like her world will collapse.I’ve been to most greatclip location in town and this place has the worst customer service ever.I wouldn’t come back here even for free service.

Went here today for a hair cut I’ve been letting my hair grow for years I only wanted a trim and bangs that had layers I repeated myself over and over older lady with short hair cut a big chunk after I repeated myself for a fifth time. My long hair now has a short part in it. It’s taken years to grow this long and now I’m crying. I paid and even gave her a tip because everyone deserves to be paid. But I’m frustrated because now it’s gonna take time to get it all back to one length and it doesn’t blend.

Kristen, she has cut my hair for years. She’s awesome. I am pretty sure that’s what her name is. Her station is the first one on the right when you go in to Great Clips she never changes stations. I think she’s a supervisor or a lead or some kind of a management she is awesome. You guys are fortunate to have her.!!!!

Don’t bother dealing with these people. Check in online with a 25 minute wait. Get to the store and it’s another hour. Wait please go somewhere that values customers definitely not great clips.

Tried checking in online at 7:20pm. Website said it was unavailable. Got there at 745pm. Was told they close in a few minutes (8pm). Not enough time for a quick buzz cut. That's poor customer service.

I went there Yesterday Afternoon for a haircut. I had very long hair, down to past my shoulders. I was planning on getting a nice feminine Pixie cut, with an undercut. I brought several reference photos to show how I wanted the undercut to look like, and how I planned to style my hair, as well as several photos to show the length that I wanted to keep. I specifically asked that I have enough to still be able to put it up in a ponytail. I wear glasses and cannot see without them, and I have to remove them during the cut, so I normally trust my stylists to know what they are doing. During the actual haircut, my stylist asked me to clarify if I wanted the length to match what was in my photos, and I said yes. I wanted the length to be about as long as what was there, and I would like to make sure I can still tie it up in a pony. When the haircut was done, and I was looking in the mirror, they cut my hair WAY TOO short, they made my hair very "boxy" and masculine, and they did not leave enough hair for any kind of ponytail. They brought the sides up way too high, so now the sides of my hair stick out if I try to wear it to the side. The hair doesn't hang over the "undercut" because it isn't long enough on either side. I can live with having short hair for a while because I know it will grow. But the worst part is that on my undercut they did a hard line to show the separation of the fade, and the line isn't straight on my head, My right side is about a full 3/4 inch lower than my left side, it is very obvious when you look at it. I don't have any idea how they let me walk out of that building looking like I do. I am appalled by the work done and the communication, and I will never be going to Great Clips again because of this experience.

They do a great job for my 5 year old. Always make him feel comfortable and the online reservations make it was to get in/out.
