The guy is so rude there. He was snappy at me the whole haircut and it felt like he didn't even want me there. Would give zero stars if I could. I will not be back. Save your time and go somewhere else.

Terrible service. The guy was not really interested in giving a haircut. I had to remind him to take care of the side burns. I would not visit this place again

Update: Aren't we all wondering why they employ the same horrible people. One complaint is far too many. They totally balded a person. And then not he'd another. In this business that is never suppose to happen. And then countless complaints of terrible attitudes. I've yet to get my money back. Update: Travel just a little ways to Johnston. Mark and Judy are there. You will feel feel welcomed. You'll laugh and you will get GREAT service!!!!!!! All businesses are not created equal even if they share the same name.This is probably the lowest class business that I have ever visited. Typically you are met with an amazing stylist that knows how to cut children's hair. This person did as good of a job as I could. It was awful. So, me thinking the other human there would be able to fix the obvious blunders. I was met with abusive words and condescension. He was rude and obnoxious. I never once was rude to anyone I simply explained my displeasure in the job that was done and for $20 I'd like it done right. Twice I tried to show her the picture of said child's last hair cut. Done wonderfully by another Great lips stylist in another city. She declined until my third attempt. Hair is very important and it needs to be done correctly. Not uneven. Not blotchy. Not layered. It was a simple child cut. I would advise passing this location up. No matter how easy the cut the atmosphere is heavy and very unprofessional. There are so many other great choices to go too that are very talented. Within the same great name He's had 20 great cuts here. This was the only terrible one in his very young life. But I feel like they needed to apologize and reimburse my money. I had to go elsewhere and repay. They do not fix free . If this is the only franchise you have to stay there. No thank you. Save your time and money and stop elsewhere

Went in this past week for a cut. The guy was a complete jerk. I asked him to use a razor so it looks wispy….. long layers. Before I knew he had the clippers out …. And took off the back, above the hairline all the hair !!!! You can see the scalp. I am a woman. Omg. The worst haircut ever. I will never go back.

CHARLIE!!! So awesome!! She made an impact on us on how she handled my moms difficult hair back in Dec. ‘24. I even called the corporate office to share how awesome our experience was with her!!! Fast forward to today!! She did not disappoint! Thank u so much Miss Charlie!!

Took my 3.5 year old son in and the woman was horrible. She suggested I spank him (for no reason as he was very well behaved). She said I need to give him “an ultimatum and tell him I’m the parent.” She complained about how long kids cut take when we’d been there less than 5 minutes. She was so rude and disrespectful—we will never go back.

The lady who cut my hair unprofessional! My haurcut was easy bottom was 0.5 inch top is 1.4 inch and she started working on my hair i can see there is hair left on the top and bottom sides looks like stairs and i are you done she’s like yes we are done and i hold my hair that she left and said did u see this and did you see how my bottom side looks like. And then she started take seriously and do her job it’s unprofessional you supposed to respect all clients give them best service poor service

I stopped in this afternoon and had a wonderful experience at this location (1st time at this location). Online check in made for a fast and efficient arrival. Tricia was a wonderful stylist. She was personable and listened to my input while giving her own input as well. I would highly recommend her and will 100% return.

Went in for a haircut and the guy working was really snippy and rude to multiple people while i was waiting. I had over a 30 minute wait which isn't a big deal as the gals here do a great job and i like the older lady with spiky hair, but that guy working makes me rate this place so low. When you work in customer service you shouldn't be so rude to the people who come in

My husband took my son for a haircut. All my son's back got chunky, and his backline was wavy. When my son complained about the horrible haircut, she didn't accept her fault.

Husband went in for a last minute haircut as his regular stylist is on vacation.HORRIBLE customer service. Rude. Disrespectful. Would NOT recommend. Male stylist whose name began with a J was impatient, and ended up not even really cutting my husbands hair and the "cut" he gave him was horrendous. Uneven at the back and left a gouge in one area. See photo below. I get it if you're having a bad day, we all have them. But if you are working in a customer service based industry, you need to find a way to work through it without taking it out on your customers.
