“I was in the hospital. I had to have oxygen delivered before I could leave. We had contacted another DME closer to where I live. Took all day to contact. Then they said NO. not today. So we called Lincare and they had someone there in about an hour. When I was discharged a couple hours later. They had Dwight meet us at home. 6:30pm mind you. Dwight brought all the supplies and tanks I would need. We were so grateful, and Dwight was so VERY pleasant and patient for being called away from home in the evening. Thank you Dwight Dufoe for being the kind, caring and understanding person you are. Linares is an outstanding company to do business with.”

“My mom has lymphedema. In the past 6 months it has gone from manageable with a daytime compression sleeve to unmanageable. With the help of Deb we were able to custom order a night compression sleeve that was worn 24/7 for a few weeks and begin the process of reducing the fluid in her arm. We are now at the point of moving to a daytime garment and nighttime garment. My mom lives 2 1/2 hours from Des Moines. Deb goes out of her way to accommodate seeing our mom. Mom is 80, no longer drives, I live in San Diego part time and my sister is a medical professional. Needless to say it take some series maneuvering to get mom to DSM. We appreciate Deb and her staff!!”

“Wonderful,amazing customer service!!!! My Cpap machine stopped working on Saturday and I called the next day, just thinking I would leave a message and hear back on Monday, but the lady that answered their answering service was Wonderful. She got ahold of the on call lady and after talking me through some troubleshooting she determined I needed a new power cord which she brought to me that day, she even was willing to drop it off at my mother in laws house since I was at work so it wouldn't be sitting out on my porch all evening. Everyone I have met working with this company has been super sweet and very knowledgeable. Thank you all for everything.”
