“My husband had a machine from them after knee surgery. The machine worked off and on. Used the a 1/4 of the water they suggested and charged us $20 for that. We got a bill from them a few weeks later, my husband called to make payment arrangements and got no answer. So I made payments. And I paid it off this week, and come to find out the sent it to collections!! A very nice man called and apologized for the mess. And will look into what happened. And is refunding me the $20 I overpaid. I was quite impressed. Don’t know who I talked with last week. But thank goodness it’s fixed now..”
