I took my son's wheelchair chair to get new handles and they were replaced with out any issues. When his chair was getting wheeled out to me the repair guy noticed a wheel wasn't working right, so he took it and adjusted it as needed. I appreciated that since we travel an hour for wheelchair repairs.

The Numotion company is really great! They go through everything that can help you and make sure all your questions are answered. They are very thorough and very kind. I recommend anyone with a disability who needs medical equipment go to Numotion!

They were great! A part fell off my power chair Thursday night and I was in Des Moines today (Tuesday) so I stopped in without an appointment and they fixed my chair for me right now. I'm so grateful for that. Thank you for your wonderful service and sorry for spilling my drink when I was getting back on my chair!
