The absolute worst pilot along the I-35 corridor. There is NEVER any parking after about 16:30, due to the fact they have trucks that have been abandoned here (in free spots) for at least 1.5 years that I know of so far. Paid parking is a joke, half of them are filled with people that don’t pay for parking. The other half might’ve actually paid but you can’t tell because management doesn’t do anything about it. For the same amount of time that I’ve been coming here regularly, the odd number showers on the northern wall always back up(as pictured). Sometimes it’s not so bad, tonight the water came over the bridges of my feet. When you ask the manager what the deal is, they say corporate refuses to authorize a plumbing service to come out, or some other lame excuse. No food after after 21:30, and the only food you can get before then is hot box food (not PJ fresh). If I could give this location negative starts I would. Save yourself time and go to the QT, Loves, or the Flying J in Altoona. Anywhere is better than here.

No fast food no restaurants no prepackaged food no pj fresh only junk food. All the room to put a food place but nothing.

This place sucks. The staff is rude. There is very few choices for food and the prices are high. The building is outdated and the bathrooms are hardly cleaned. There is only 2 hour parking but don't stay to long, they will kick you out. Don't go here, Loves is way better.

It is 8:45 p.m. on May 23rd and The women inside the pilot just improved my entire week! It's been a series of bad luck occurrences for me for what feels like weeks. I had less than a gallon worth of gas money in change and I wasn't asking for any kind of kindness but they took care of me and it could not have been more appreciated. I didn't catch either of their names but they are saints and they really looked out for their fellow man in a way seldom seen in the current day in age. I'm completely astounded and I feel so grateful for this company and more specifically, the kind of staff they keep. Can't express how great of an experience this was here tonight. I hope they are acknowledged for going above and beyond when there was absolutely no pressure to do so. Just an amazing visit. Thank you!

Very rude and disrespectful old woman at the register! Yelling and cursing at customers. Outrageous. Don't spend your money here.

Pump I went to get gas and the card readers do not work on any of the pumps.... So I went in and paid by card notice. The place is really dirty and out of date... Then I come out to pump and it takes 10 minutes to get 3 gallons of gas... Then when you leave you have to go around the entire building and Dodge all of the semis... Not really a gas station I'd want to stop at... I can only imagine what the bathrooms look like

I just wanna know who designed this infamous truck stop!?!? The parking? Tiny is the overstatement, backwards more accurate, most spots reserved not to mention backing blind sided
Avoid and let it run out of business! It’s better if it didn’t exist

I don’t know if they have something wrong with their sewer system or what but this place smells like straight poo poo. also no hot food available but you lose your appetite as soon as you walk in the door
