“Excellent communication, creativity and professionalism. I handed off the information along with pictures for my parents memorial program to them asking for a "nice layout". Shanie developed proofs that I was speechless with, and suggested fitting a few more pictures onto the programs. I emailed over a few more images and received final proofs.
