I've never gotten a storage unit before so I just called randomly to get info. Security, prices, policies were all explained clearly. The lady on the phone was engaging and knowledgeable. I definitely expected that this would not go this smoothly :)

This company has been a huge scam. I never really got a free month like they advertised, and they will try and sneak a "value coverage plan" into your contract. Got charged for an extra $20, and was like why is my bill so high? Turns out there was some "value coverage plan" this company sneaked in there somehow that I didn't notice or was made aware of, guessing it was the chick at the counter wanting more $$$. Don't even know what it is or what it does.
Scammers, also the units are all dirty and the fence is literally falling down on their facilities. Junk place go somewhere better.
Update: now they made me change my password, and it wont let me into my account and they cancelled my autopay. These people are awful, truly. So now I can't even get into my account to reset autopay. Company is annoying, poor service, poor quality, scamming me with extra fees. Go bankrupt, there has to be better companies.

It's not a bad storage place. It's ridiculous that the rate keeps going up to quote the person at the desk "every 4-6 months." What's worse is they advertised online the same exact size unit at this facility is $20 cheaper than my current unit. I understand some things, but it's a simply constructed building with basic electrical. What all is there to "up keep" that my price has gone up again?

Expensive for what you get, and they just raised their rates. When it snows they plow your unit in so you can't even come close to get in it. The overhead door is very difficult to open without two people. Some of the outside lights don't work. The roof had a small leak. The indoor unit is somewhat better.
