The security and cleanliness of his units are second to none. The owner, Rich, is friendly and easy to work with. I give this 5-star facility my highest recommendation for taking good care of precious family items.”

“I had a coolant leak in the rental box truck I had driven from the Washington DC area for fire department training in Ames. The young lady behind the service counter was very nice and the Technician Ron was very helpful. I went and dropped off the load of training props I had and then he dropped what he was doing to get me back up and running as fast as he could. I was given a truck that was subpar in my opinion but you all took care of repairs professionally.”

“We've never rented a storage unit before, but the manager, Gianni, was incredibly efficient and good at explaining the process. He was multitasking the whole time, and customers were coming in to turn in their trucks and thanking him for the smooth process. I just couldn't believe the cleanliness of the whole place and all the lighting. The restrooms have been sparkling clean every time I've been there to store more things or take things out for our new home. This is a well run operation with well trained personnel.”

“I love renting from U-Haul, the price for renting a really nice brand new pickup truck is only $19.99 a day! You have to really watch your mileage because extra mileage fees are pretty high and they don't offer unlimited mileage but they did negotiate on the cost of overage fees for us!”

“The facility is clean and very well managed. They have thought of everything when designing this building. I especially like the fact that you can drive in an unload your moving truck. The people there are very friendly and make you feel at home. I would recommend this facility to anyone that is needing to store their items. You can rest easy knowing that they care as much for your items being stored as you do.”
