Good experience when upgrading to a new phone, but when asking how much we would be charged for international service while traveling, as travel eSIMs are not allowed on phone under contract, we were told $3 a day. Turned out to be $15 a day :(. Also, I asked 2-3 times if they were sure the bill would be exactly the same as before upgrading, and they assured me it would not change; however, the first bill was $50 more than before.

I was not originally going to leave this but what happened after changed my mind was in there earlier and my experience was terrible compared to other stores.
I will take some accountability and I had stated for a fairly broad thing I needed, but no clarifying questions where asked. The lady helping added a line without our knowledge which was NOT what we needed and she never asked. Then once I left the whole plan was changed.
As someone who also works in an place where customer service skills are almost a necessity, hers felt terrible.

The women who was helping me was awful and had no knowledge of what I was asking. When I asked about how upgrading would change things on my bill she couldn’t help. Definitely not the store to go to if you need serious help.

Rommell is absolutely the best. When we need assistance with our plan, new phones, equipment, general questions, etc. We have been going to Rommell for many years. He has always provided clear, accurate information, recommendations, and assistance. He is a big part of why we have remained loyal customers for many, many years.

Romell went well beyond the call of duty to resolve the issue of transferring data from my old phone to my new one. He even used his personal time to fix the problem. I will happily refer anyone who needs a new phone to Romell. Superior customer service is a severe understatement.

Romell and the staff have a vast knowledge and understanding of the US Cellular brand. They helped me and several other customers, simultaneously, with different concerns. Things were handled in a timely fashion while being professional and relatable at the same time. Definitely have recommend all my family and friends to visit them.

Dymonte called earlier in the week to share that I was eligible for a free phone. Went in a couple days later. He helped find me a way to save on my plan. He encouraged me to run errands while all data was being transferred. Phone was all set up upon my return. Easy process.
