Honestly, if I could give this pharmacy zero stars, I would! Waited over 30 min in the drive thru. Instead of telling someone their meds aren’t ready and to come back they had them wait at the window for 20 min!!! Then it was our turn, we pull up to the window and the gal is looking at us and won’t help! Then gives me my meds and says something’s changed (when I’ve been taking them for 5 yrs and nothing has changed). Waited another 10 min for the pharmacist! Needless to say, I will be switching pharmacies TODAY!

Weve had a couple of small issues recently with service and timing of meds being ready or taking a bit longer to receive. Weve adjusted to that. I understand short staffing and other factors contribute to the problem. However today was a 45 minute wait in the drive thru line. I was 3 cars back. Once I finally I got to the window a younger blonde working asked me for my name and other info. She initially called me by the wrong name. She finally found my script, asked for address and just assumed I wanted to use Express Pay and billed me for the meds. There were no words or conversation after that. She literally threw the meds in the little drive thru window and walked away. No thank you, no sorry for your 45 minute wait or anything. I feel like this pharmacy no longer needs, wants or appreciates my business at this location.

Worst pharmacy, I keep standing in line waiting for help while one person is at the drive through window trying to figure on the insurance of a customer. When complained two other pharmacists came to help. Why keep people waiting on line and complain to get helped!

Absolutely terrible. Always understaffed. They have given me the wrong persons medication, didn’t take it back and told me I had to dispose of it because they don’t take prescriptions back again. I paid for that medication AND my own and was never refunded. I always call in my medicine so I can just grab it and go, but they always seem to be confused so there is a delay. There was a huge issue with insurance billing for medication when my kids had the flu. My insurance company said the pharmacy put info in incorrectly, which left me with a bill of over $100 per kid for the medication. Just awful.

The pharmacy is very, very slow. I have waited in the drive-through line for over a half hour on several occasions. If there is a wait with an order, they should ask the person to come inside if at all possible.

The pharmacy at this location is extremely understaffed and slow. Night or day, inside or the drive through, you’re going to wait 30+ min. If you’re that busy and that understaffed you need detailed signs so idiots don’t go into the drive through from the back end and try to cut in line. This happened tonight which caused an a whole confrontation between three vehicles. There should only be a one way entrance to the drive through pharmacy. One way only. I will be switching pharmacies due to the excessive wait times. Besides the wait times, the staff they do have are very pleasant and hardworking. Make sure to tell them when you go through the line.

I cannot stress enough how much I absolutely abhor this place. I unfortunately was affected by the Mercy system hack. So, Walgreens sending an electronic request to my doctor for a prescription refill wasn’t going through since their entire network was down. The doctor’s office advised me the easiest thing to do is have the pharmacy send a physical fax to them with the refill request. So, I returned for the second day in a row trying to get my anxiety and depression meds. That’s always fun. There is a specific lady in the pharmacy named Elizabeth that is extremely disrespectful every time I’ve had the pleasure of having her “help” me. She is older, wears glasses, and always has her hair pulled back into a two-part ponytail like it’s 1987. She looked directly at me when it was my turn and then walks away and does something else without saying a word. I finally got her to come over and explained to her my issue. She was sighing heavily and standing with her arms crossed like it was my fault Mercy’s systems were down and they might have to take an additional small step in order to submit my refill request. She then told me only a licensed pharmacist could send a fax and they were all busy. She said I needed to step aside so she could help the next customer. I told her I was going to sit in the waiting area (directly in her line of sight), but wasn’t leaving until I got confirmation that the doctor’s office received the fax. She again sighed and rolled her eyes at me. By this point I’m almost in tears as my anxiety was quickly intensifying. I sat for probably 15-20 minutes, only for the pharmacist to send the same electronic request that we already knew wouldn’t go through. I was absolutely livid and had to leave before I had a panic attack, but not before telling the lady thanks for nothing. I called my doctor’s office and spoke with a nurse. I asked her to please call in a refill and tearfully told her about my experience with Walgreens. The nurse was in agreement that this particular Walgreens is damn near impossible to work with. I finally got a notification that my meds were ready for pick up 4 days later.Tonight I sat in the drive-thru for 43 minutes. I arrived about 6:15pm and there were 5 cars in line (myself included). When it was finally my turn, I pulled up and waited for someone to come to the window. Lucky for me, Elizabeth was working; my favorite person! After about 7 minutes of patiently waiting and Elizabeth coming to the window 3 different times without acknowledging me, I pushed the call button. Elizabeth finally picked up the phone and told me the drive-thru was closed because of staffing, but I was welcome to come inside and wait in line again to pick up my 1 prescription. She hung up the phone before I could respond. I decided to leave before taking a chance that I’d become enraged and tell her what I really think about her. After all, prison orange is NOT my color!! I immediately got on the app and changed my prescription to delivery; I refuse to go though waiting again. Their version of customer service is so terrible it’s almost funny. Needless to say I am switching pharmacies and highly recommend everyone else do the same for your sanity’s sake.

My mom waited 20 minutes in line for my inhaler and when she finally got up front they said “20 more minutes” which is odd because an inhaler is something you can just grab. It’s not a prescription you have to fill. So ridiculous because my doctor called it in hours ago and now we have to wait even longer? Lol if this is your pharmacy you should really change it because this place is going downhill immensely. I said what I said.

I scheduled a covid booster and flu shot for 1pm and arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment. The chaotic atmosphere was jarring to the senses; customers complaining loudly and employees bumbling about behind the counter. 15 minutes later it was my turn, only to be asked many of the questions I had answered online. He said I was being "preregistered" and handed me a flyer, telling me to read it and let them know if I had any questions. I quickly realized this was not going to work, given the slow progress I had observed, and left to go home. Upon arriving home I realized they still had my vaccination card. I called and they said they would hold it for me. I arrived at the store at approximately 8:30pm and the chaos in pharmacy was still going on. After waiting 1/2 an hour in line I was able to retrieve my card. This pharmacy is, without a doubt, the worst run pharmacy I have ever been to, and I will never return. If you plan on using this pharmacy, best to take a whole morning or afternoon off in order to accomplish your business. The pharmacy "manager" is a manager in name only. There is no one managing that place.

Horrible customer service... Slow. Need new management. If the is a franchise location, as the owner, I would fire everyone, close down, and reopen with trained staff. And pay them, so they don't quite right away. We all know from the Theranos scam, that the CEO and founder, are a bunch of douche bags!

Jenna the Pharmacy Operations manager was extremely rude, and I tried explaining that I just spoke to someone a couple days ago in regards to a prescription I had here being ready, and she rudely asked why didn't I come pick it up when I received a text? I never received any text in which I tried explaining that to her and I don't get off till 430p and lately working later than normal.getting home some nights after 830p. She argued that the medicine was waiting since the 3rd and mentioned that they only hold it for 10 days with her head rolling as she was talking . I asked what the Corporate number was and she rudely yelled 800-Walgreens. I expect to hear back from upper management before taking my business to CVS pharmacy

System was saying no wic benifits allowed, but wic app says items are eligible. When hajak came over to assist she just said there’s nothing she could do without trying to understand. Acted as if it was my problem they didn’t have system working then when I approached her she rolled her eyes and had attitude with me addressing how this is not my fault and they system needs fixed. If she can’t handle a polite customer then how is she a shift lead?? Needs demoted or fired!!!

Then I paid then continued to wait for 17 minutes . So Iring and ring bell before anyone would come to window. While I could see them inside not helping anyone. I said I can't wait anymore and the pharmacist was quite rude and saidbut I'm right here. No I had to keep ringing bell for her to come to window.

I go here all the time and I generally love the staff but today my fiancé and I went in to get her second covid shot and they completely forgot about us. My fiancé has a huge fear of needles and they didn’t check her in, served every single person before here and didn’t get her paperwork until she had to ask for it.When she walked up- they told her just to sit down because “ it will be a minute” but when others walked up staff checked them in immediately- gave them paperwork and gave them the shot before her. Her anxiety just kept getting amplified and I just believe if we made an appointment- came before our scheduled time and waited patiently that we deserve a smooth transaction during these stressful times. We went to a location we trust and I just feel it was unfair to her.

They collect your name. They collect your email. They collect your phone number. But when they change their hours of their pharmacy and are "closed for lunch" during my 30 minute lunch break, they don't bother to call/email/automated text/etc. and tell you that. So I wasted gas, time and a whole lunch break to go down and get my prescription that I ran out of to go down there and wait in line for nothing. Every time I'm at this pharmacy or in line, they're super slow too. I waited in line for 30 minutes one time just to get one refill. I will never refill at this Walgreens again.
