Ditto on the one star ratings I see posted.In the Spring of 2020 Mike turned on the water too early and froze all our pipes. When I called he said he would take care of it. Mike never did take care of it. No sprinklers last summer but Mike came out in the fall to shut it down and of course charged me for it. This Spring Mike came out and turned it back on but did not fix the leaky pipes and charged me again.Mike told me he thought all his customers from last year that experienced this same issue were taken care. Well we fell through cracks Mike.I did not pay for the shutdown last Fall or start up this Spring but Mike still sends me statements marked "Past Due"I called Mike today about the bills and he told me that none of this was his fault and that I should use another company.Already ahead of you Mike - someone is at our house right now fixing the problem and I will gladly pay them for their service.All you had to do was return a few calls and work with me.Service is bad and customer service is even worse.

I have been notified twice by the city of Des Moines that my backflow test has not been filed. The city is now trying to assess me a $300 fee and threatening to turn off my water. Calls to straight to voicemail. I previously called them after my first notification from the city - yet no action yet. Not a good experience thus far.

I called April 10th 2019 to schedule my backflow. We have an irrigation system and in ground pool, so we like to get this done early. I was told that it would be early May and that I was required to prepay, which I did. On the first week of May I called and was told thatike would call me to get a date set. I have heard NOTHING from Mike (the owner). I called several times and finally was given Mike's cell number. I have called that number everyday and it goes straight to a busy signal. When I'm fined by the city I will show them my paid receipt and Mike can payy fines. I would NOT recommend this cpsny.
