“These guys are great. My Silverado got door dinged hard enough it dented the door top and bottom and scuffed the paint. Estimate was quick and they got me in right away. On the actual service day I asked them about a couple small other dings (one on hood and one on drivers from fender and they fixed them for only a little bit more. Only had it 1/2 day and done.”
“I purchased wheels and tires. Discount Tire failed to inform me the wheels have specific lugnuts that require a key, they also failed to provide me with the lugnut key, leaving me stranded with no way of changing a flat tire. Terrible experience caused by total negligence by Discount Tire.
I updated my review from 1 star to 4 stars because Jacob did everything possible to make the situation right. I will continue to be a customer based on how they corrected the situation.”
