“I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Curtis made sure to break down the cost and explain it to me (parts/labor.) Let me know when there was other issues with the vehicle and called to see how I wanted to proceed. He finished the vehicle in a super timely manner even though you can tell he's buried in work. He even took time out of his day to BS with me a bit when I picked up the car. ROCKSTAR SERVICE!!! I will be going back with any other issues.”

“I took our car in Friday to get the oil changed, realized late that night that something was going on as there was oil leaking out and was able to get in contact with the manager the next morning. Let them know what was going on, simple mistake no big deal, they let me know that they’d fix it and clean the mess up Monday. Took the vehicle in Monday and not only did they apologize multiple times, they refunded us and got it all taken care of/cleaned up so quickly! Been taking our vehicles here for years and this was the first issue we’ve ever had and it was taken care of so well! Great customer service and always a job well done! Will continue to take our vehicles here and always recommend them! 😊”

“I bought a car through these guys and a couple days after I drove off the lot I had a problem with it starting. They drove all the way to cedar rapids to look at the car and it ended up being a easy fix. I really appreciate them taking the time to come all that way as soon as I called them.”

“I got a 2007 Ford five hundred. Previous owner maintained it very well. I got this with a trade-in and and I’m pretty happy with the car. It’s an older car it needs some things, but in all a solid car.”

“I highly recommend Koops. They are the only ones that care of my parent’s vehicles and have for years. They recently troubleshot/repaired an AC issue with my Elantra when I was in town visiting family. I’m fortunate that they got the issue corrected quickly! Thanks Koops and team! It’s working well!”
