Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced at this location and I'm not alone. Waited almost 15 minutes for assistance while two employees glanced my direction and continued chatting. Took my business to Jared's and got my wife a very nice 3/4 carat diamond pendant. Never had any issues when I visited the Valley West location - the Jordan Creek crew has some issues they need to address.

Had my beautiful rings soldered here… they said it was going to be a perfect fit. Unfortunately it wasn’t. It is actually soldered uneven... I tried to take it back to get it corrected and they wanted to charge me full price to remove the solder and re do it correctly.

DO NOT buy the warranty. It will NOT cover a replacement if your jewelry is damaged or lost. They're trying to make me pay double what I paid for it to replace the missing piece because they don't have something similar for sale-not my problem. The warranty is a rip off and I was told that it is for "cleaning and maintenance" whereas I was led to believe it replaces the piece that is faulty. I kept up on visits every 6 months for the last 15+ years and now I'm being told the warranty won't cover and I need to repurchase a warranty if I choose a replacement. Well, that's a definite NO! They also were to call me back "the next day" and I gave them a week, they never called. Sketchy customer service and business practices.

I recently had the best experience I've ever had at Kay Jewelers Jordan Creek. I brought in a watch my husband got me as a gift for resizing. Kimberly was very quick, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. We also had a few items that were insured, which I brought in for inspection and cleaning at the same time. For some reason the items were on different profiles and not easily searchable. Kimberly combined all our items into one place that could be looked up by either me or my husband in the future. And she did all of this in 25 minutes! Thank you, Kimberly for your outstanding work and customer service! Your efforts are appreciated.

Kay ruined my engagement ?My fiancé was going to surprise me on our anniversary, but Kay ruined that by sending him a billing statement to our shared address that was not discreet at all. Open receiving our mail I immediately know what it was for.Ultimately, it doesn’t matter how it happened, and I’m now engaged to the love of my life. But, surely a company that specializes in wedding rings would know better.I do love my ring, so I suppose you can have two stars. ?

It was an adventure finding the right account the ring was under, not at all under the fault of the store, but of my own. Melinda handled our case was so much profession, and of course a little humor while we were on purpose rabbit hole adventure. Best experience I've had in a long while at a jewelry store.
