“I really needed a serpentine belt to get a family member back on the road today and no one in town had what I needed. At O'Reillys in Washingto, Iowa the person working named AJ informed me that they didn't have the belt either. I asked if there was any way for him to look up the size of the belt and find one similar. No one ever does this so I expected him to reply with an apology and a no but to my surprise, within seconds he found one just half an inch bigger than what I needed. He was sure to let me know they couldn't recommend using the belt and it may not work but it did work perfectly and my family member was back on the road in no time. Thanks O'Reillys!”

“Jeremy and Ronnie are both great! I have a Lincoln Continental Black Label that I will NEVER let anyone touch. I had a thick wire cord that got caught underneath my back bumper. I didn't notice it so when I went to pull out of the parking spot, the cord had pulled my back bumper off. I was recommended to go to Griener by Car Doctor. Thank goodness I went to Griener!!
