Customer service is horrible. No communication with me after the dishwasher I bought was broke on the inside. Ordered a new one but took 3 weeks and they never delivered it and picked up the broken one like they promised. Guy was a jerk.

Literally the worst customer service I’ve ever had in my life. But, when you hire people who have barely graduated high school to work on cell phones, you’ll get that. Tanya tried to “help” me but she acted like I was a complete inconvenience. I ended up driving all the way to IC and got a phone up there where they actually know how to spell their names. If you people keep hiring people like this, you will for sure run out of business within 5 years. Good luck!

My first visit to this store, Archer’s Appliance in Washington Iowa, a US Cellular agent. It started out rough because the young girl that started out helping me, was not customer service oriented at all. Kendra was inexperienced and not knowledgeable about my cell phone set up requests, and continuously interrupted me, telling me all the reasons why I couldn’t get what I needed. After I tried 4 times to get through my backstory of what I needed, a young Hispanic girl in the cubicle next to us had finished up helping her client, so she jumped in and offered her knowledge and was helpful and positive. Then the Hispanic girl got off of work, and thankfully, a young gentleman named Joe came over and started diving into my requests, and went above and beyond to help me, even doing major surgery on my old destroyed phone to get it working just long enough to extract info off of it and upload into my new phone. Absolutely the best guy ever! Very knowledgeable and creative/problem solving trying different tactics to get my issues resolved! Joe was very patient, kind, respectful, customer service oriented, and I will definitely be using him in the future and recommending him to others! Kudos to Joe’s parents for raising a great kid!!

Well I had A lady come in the store after me and she was helped before me. So terrible service unless you know someone in the store apparently. I would not go to this store. Worst store I have ever been to. I will not go there again.

3er party owner will not work on ur phone you can buy from them but that's all they do they have nothing to do with us cellular unless your buys a phone or paying them they will not fix anything

Just bought a washer and dryer, also a new water softner,Chad was amazing, we ordered it and everything was delivered and installed within a week!!! Archer Appliance & UScellular has amazing service! Recently our LG refrigerator died and we had to figure out if it was worth saving. After a quick Google search it became apparent the only spot around that could help us was Archer Appliance & US Cellular. I was actually a bit hesitant to call? Since (as its name suggests) its a US Cellular store. Well, don't let it throw you! This store boasts amazing customer service and knowledgable staff. They're open 8-6pm on weekdays and have shorter hours on the weekend (8-4pm - Saturday, 12-4pm - Sunday) I called on a Saturday morning and gathered all of the details on what fixing my fridge would look like and all the costs associated with it. While we didn't move forward with fixing it (a new refrigerator would be the safer, less costly route), I am so grateful for the employee I chatted with! She gathered info like a pro and knew all the answers to my plethora of questions. If your LG appliance dies, call Archer Appliance & US Cellular!
