Husband bought 2 23 ultra phones, from Verizon, he got his set up with no problems, my however didn't go as well ,called to ask if they would help with it .....was told yes for a fee...40 dollars, I said that's crazy after paying what we did for phones...he said nope it pays for my time.....evidently Verizon doesn't pay him ,worst customer service EVER, maybe go to a better store than Washington, iowa

Place never seems to be open, needed help with my phones on wednesday of course they’re closed middle of the damn week so I wait till Thursday, doesn’t open till 11… so I show up at 11 and proceed to wait at a locked door for over a half hour before deciding to leave. This Verizon needs new management desperately. Almost makes you not want to use Verizon if you’re from this area. Embarrassing

I've never had such rude customer service. I met the salesperson at the door on his way out to lunch, so yeah, we're not open right now. And seriously, is that what you wear to work? Very sloppy and unprofessional. I won't be back.

Excellent service by Martin. Helped me setting up my new prepaid number and although numerous delays occurred at the customer service call center, he never lost his patience and supplied me with brilliant service to get everything set up. I am a foreigner and usually struggle to communicate with the agents at the customer service center. His efforts helped to walk out of the store as a happy customer.

Mitchell was absolutely amazing! He explained every little bit about every item I needed! He was so very cordial! The visit to switch out phones went quickly and so smooth! Sure enjoyed chatting with this young lad! Thanks, Mitchell!

My mom switched from a flip phone to a smart phone today, or she tried to. All the store actually needed to do was put her account info (and phone number) on a new SIM card and put it into the new phone. (Her old phone didn't have a removable SIM card). But she didn't know that, the employees didn't know what to do, and since they had already turned off her old phone, she couldn't call anyone for help. Instead, she was there for 2 hours while the employees claimed a Pixel isn't compatible with Verizon and otherwise failed to activate her new phone.

Alysha had very poor customer service..she overheard my husband's conversation on his phone while talking to me..I told him maybe he should try a different store for help .she got angry and told him to go to another Verizon store
