I bought a tablet and it stopper working on an hour. They refused to refund me and said I was my fault for charging it with a charger (by samsung, who made the tablet) and not the charger from the box. I used the USB-C charger, the same one in the box, and it wasmade by the same company. Never coming here again.

Best Buy must hire unemployed paint artists or musicians that have rebelled against their accountant and homemaker parents. They're always friendly, with each other, laughing and joking amongst themselves while you struggle to find items. The nose rings, varied style of colored hair from blue to pink to purples is absolutely a must see to believe.After each experience of having to go into this store to be ignored and wait forever to be checked out is appalling. Even when you buy online to pickup they're late.I think they have a store manager, but I've never seen them, kind of like Bigfoot.

Stopped in to purchase a TV that was on clearance, they didn't have it on hand but could order it through another best buy. The associate tried to sell me other TVs that I didn't want, and stated that the clearance one was better than the newer version even though it was $100 less and clearanced? Either way, I didn't buy a TV here and picked one up at Sam's club.

The award goes to our local Waterloo Iowa store for having the absolute WORST customer service in town!! But, it's really a great store. Especially if you have time to look for it yourself. Zero help. The store is empty of employees!!!!

The Best Buy “chat” to get help online is a joke. They start to communicate with you and lead you to believe they’ll be right with but I waited for 4 hours and no one got back to me. There was an option to get a phone call and I tried that twice, but no one called.Don’t count on this terrible service!!

I went in this morning right after they opened, and after going to three different stores to find a portable a/c unit. Whomever helped me (I can’t remember his name) went above and beyond to explain how the unit works, helped me bring it to the register, and even put it in my car. He was knowledgeable and great at his job! Thank you!
